Synopsis

The Capa House in Leipzig became famous in 1945 by the Hungarian-American photographer, Robert Capa. His series of photos of the killed U.S. soldier, Raymond J. Bowman, known as the “Last man to die” – series, made Capa world famous. In FADING the events of April 18, 1945 become a tangible encounter through image and sound, and the film preserves a piece of world history.
