Her films have been shown and awarded across the world at international film festivals as well as at art exhibitions. In her work, she uses different media formats, technical approaches and narratives. Alina has served on juries of various film festivals and has taught directing and story telling at institutions and workshops around Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alina is member of the board at the Filmverband Sachsen, since 2019 she has been a jury member at the German Film Rating Comission in Wiesbaden. She also works as a curator for film programs, conducts different film workshops and serves as a jury at diverse festivals.  In 2018, she founded hug films GbR in Halle (Saale) with animation artist Falk Schuster. In addition to her film projects, Alina works as an author and director for the MDR short film magazine unicato and arte KURZSCHLUSS.
